We are on schedule!
We are pleased to announce to all owners, interested parties and other friends of the BYTY COMAX project that we have successfully installed a rooftop photovoltaic power plant on our 1st apartment building in Velvary, which will allow the residents of the building to use renewable energy.
At the same time, you can already see the preparation of the foundations of the 2nd apartment building, which we plan to complete in 2026.
At the same time, we are in the process of paving the roads around the building so that the first residents will be able to enjoy comfortable access to their homes already this autumn.
Stay tuned, we will soon unveil a model apartment; prospective owners will be able to see the standards of finish and get a concrete idea of their new home.
